The purpose of the Mind, Body & Soul Conference is to bring awareness and transparency, as a holistic approach, to the health issues women and girls are faced with everyday.

The vision of the conference is for each attendee to leave with a clear insight on how social issues play a huge role on the well-being of women and girls and the steps necessary to live healthy and productive lives. Some of the issues that will be touched on are domestic violence, sexual and reproductive health, cancer and other relatable diseases, depression and much more.

These issues will be presented in many forms such as panel discussions, hands on interactions, key-note speakers and entertaining visuals. These presentations will provide all attendees with the tools necessary to being to release shame and fear, strengthen confidence levels and re-discover their self-love.
